Q: Is 7 Floors of Hell open rain for shine?
A: Yes, our haunted houses are inside, the areas for the box office line and the lines to enter th houses are outside. There are several covered waiting areas.
Q: What is the best time to arrive?
A: A little before or as close to our 7:00pm start time as possible. Early is always better to beat the crowds.
Q: Does 7 Floors of Hell have Security?
A: Yes, the event is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Police Officers. 7 Floors of Hell has a Zero Tolerance policy for Trouble Makers. Trouble Makers will be ejected from the park without refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
Q: Does 7 Floors of Hell serve or allow alcoholic beverages?
A: NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed nor do we serve any!
Q: Will the monsters touch me?
A: The theory is that if you don't touch them, they won't touch you. Bear in mind that this is a work in progress and doesn't always go according to plan! Of course, in the darker areas, something may accidentally bump into you but our cast members will not grab you. You may be grabbed by one of the members of your own group who is too terrified to continue without your help.
Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: We recommend that children 10 or under should be accompanied by an adult but, you as the parent must make the judgment call as you know your child best.
Q: What's the parking situation?
A: Parking is available; there is a $2.00 charge.
Q: How long does it take to go through a haunted house?
A: 7 Floors of Hell has 7 haunted houses all at 1 location, so depending on the person the time can vary, to see the whole show takes on average of around 2 hours.
Q: Do you give group discounts?
A: Yes! Group discounts are available for groups of 15 or more. You must email us at email@example.com for a reservation number. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. One person must collect all money and bring to box office to buy the tickets. Only one credit card transaction per group!
Q: Once we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
A: No, a new ticket is required for each visit.
Q: Do you get your money back if you make it through all 7 floors?
A: No, there is no such haunted house.
Q: Do we have to sign a waiver to go through 7 Floors of Hell?
A: No, there is nothing to sign to enter the attraction!
Q: Do you get thrown out of a window?
A: No, we don't touch our customers, there is no throwing of bodies or props of any kind.
Q: Can we wear our Halloween costumes when we come to 7 Floors of Hell?
A: No, for safety reasons, we are sorry to say that patrons are not permitted to wear costumes.
Q: Can I buy my ticket in advance?
A: No. Tickets must be purchased on site.
Q: If I don't finish all 7 houses during my visit can I come back another day to finish?
A: Yes, punchable tickets are good any day we are open during the same season. Don't lose them; they are not replaceable.
Q: Is photography allowed?
A: Sorry, but no. There are many reasons for this including that a flash or strobe will temporarily blind our actors, it disrupts the other guest's experience, pausing to take pictures slows down the line behind you and infrared will probably show you areas we don't particularly want you to see! Video cameras are NOT permitted anywhere in 7 Floors of Hell without our prior written consent!
Q: Is it the same as last year?
A: Absolutely not! The 7 Floors of Hell changes most scenes every year so that we can provide a uniquely terrifying experience. We do keep some of our more popular elements due to public demand. But are goal each year is to bring back a hole new show!
Q: Is it as good as last year?
A: As a matter of fact, it is much better than last year! Believe it or not, we love to scare you. It's fun for us so we virtually spend all year designing and building new settings and effects for your pleasure. If you liked us last year, you'll absolutely love it this year.
